Impending cauda equina syndrome due to Kummell disease; A case report and literature review

He had past medical arbitrary use licensed unlicensed drugs in fitness field. patient underwent posterior decompression, spinopelvic stabilization, fusion. Postoperative rehabilitation was satisfactory after six months, leg muscle strength returned normal patient's back pain disappeared. should be considered as differential diagnosis when dealing any associated trauma asymptomatic period.
